Ravi Pandit is the Founder-Chairman and currently Non-Executive Chairman of KPIT Technologies. His vision as the co-founder of KPIT has steered the company from its inception to achieving the leadership position the company holds today globally in the domain of automotive engineering. Over the last 30+ years, KPIT, under Ravi’s leadership, KPIT has emerged as a premier establishment in mobility.
Ravi is deeply passionate about social causes with special commitment towards our environment. Under his guidance, KPIT’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives have in the last 10+ years positively impacted over 2 million lives through 71 initiatives and created opportunities to innovate for over 75,000 students till date. Ravi’s commitment to environment also resulted in development of solutions for generation of hydrogen from biomass, indigenous development of hydrogen fuel cell and indigenous development of sodium ion batteries. KPIT has won global patents in all these domains for innovative and impactful solutions. He is an only private sector member of esteemed Empowered Group, the highest decision-making body for National Green Hydrogen Mission.
Ravi’s thoughts for creating a better world are best expressed in his award- winning book “Leap frogging to pole vaulting: Creating the magic of radical yet sustainable transformation” that he has co- authored along with Dr. R. A. Mashelkar. He is a frequent contributor and participant at various national and international conferences. Widely respected for integrity, innovation and dynamism, Ravi has successfully set benchmarks in corporate governance, regional cooperation, and co-innovation.
Ravi is a gold medalist and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, and holds a master’s degree from Sloan School of Management, MIT, Cambridge, USA. He was Awarded Honorary Doctorate in Technology by Prestigious Coventry University in recognition of his tremendous contribution to global technology and mobility sectors as well as his significant contribution in promoting UK-India business and academic relationships.
He is a voracious reader, an avid trekker and holds a warm corner in his heart for animals and birds. Ravi has been an avid bird photographer for the last two decades. He also enjoys listening to Indian classical music.
Kishor Patil

Kishor Patil is the Co-founder, CEO & Managing Director of KPIT Technologies Limited – one of the largest Software Integration partner to the global automotive and mobility industry. KPIT’s vision is to Reimagine Mobility in partnership with the industry, clients, and partners for creating a cleaner, smarter, and safer world.
Having co-founded KPIT in 1990, Kishor played a pivotal role in orchestrating a comprehensive merger-demerger scheme in 2018, leading to the creation of new KPIT. His vision and leadership has established KPIT as a trusted partner for software integration in the mobility industry resulting into a market capitalization exceeding USD 5 billion.
Kishor’s strategic acumen has been instrumental in shaping KPIT’s rapid growth and leadership, he redefined the company’s strategy in 2018 with a renewed Vision and Mission. Under his leadership, KPIT quadrupled its revenues in 4 years, achieving consistent improvements in operational margins, cash conversion, and overall operational efficiency.
Kishor personally oversees the efforts in nurturing the Culture of Excellence at KPIT while also mentoring leadership development . He is passionate about applying technology to solve business challenges and address larger problems of the society which are reflected in KPIT’s vision for Sustainability and multiple CSR initiatives.
Beyond his contributions to KPIT, Kishor is deeply involved in fostering India’s emergence as a global hub for Engineering & R&D solutions (ER&D). Serving as Chair of the NASSCOM ER&D Council and Member of its Executive Council , he plays a pivotal role in catalysing the vision of Engineered in India.
Kishor’s outstanding leadership and entrepreneurship have earned him several accolades, including the CA Business Leader Award and the Maharashtra Corporate Excellence (MAXELL) Award. He has been recognized among the top entrepreneurs in India by prestigious organizations like Ernst and Young and The Entrepreneur Magazine. His notable achievements also include winning national and international awards such as the Wall Street Journal Technology Innovation Award and the Knowledge@Wharton Technovation Award. Recently, he was honoured with the ‘Best CEO of the Year’ award by Economic Times Ascent.
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Kishor continues to inspire as a prolific speaker, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, and business transformation at various national and international forums, including the World Economic Forum.
A man of many talents, Kishor has produced a state-of-the-art internationally acclaimed animation movie, Delhi Safari, on the theme of deforestation and conservation of animal habitat. He was awarded the prestigious Golden Lotus National Award by the honorable President of India.
Kishor is an avid sports lover and has contributed immensely to the promotion of Lawn Tennis in India by active participation at state and district level councils. He has conceptualized and is patron for the “Doubles dream of India” program. This program works towards development of Doubles tennis in India by providing international best coaches, physios during players training camps and international travels.
Sachin Tikekar
President and Joint Managing Director
Sachin serves as the President, Joint Managing Director and Member of Board at KPIT. Having been part of the founding team, his leadership has played a crucial role in guiding KPIT’s global journey over the years. In his current role, Sachin is responsible for building and nurturing trusted partnership and relationships with clients and alliances globally. Sachin has played a crucial role in formulating the new vision and Mission for KPIT, after the demerger. He has led the strategy and blueprint of KPIT’s focused client and OEM-centric approach that has delivered KPIT’s industry-leading growth over the last few years. This has also propelled the KPIT brand and positioning in all stakeholders – Clients, Talent and Investor’s. As an executive sponsor, he also oversees KPIT operations across 13 countries and over 25 offices.
Sachin has led the company in various capacities. As the Chief People & Operations Officer, he was responsible for instilling KPIT’s culture, enhancing global learning opportunities, and driving innovation in talent acquisition and retention. During his tenure as Chief Operating Officer in the US, Sachin played a pivotal role in establishing KPIT’s robust presence in the country. His strategic acumen extends to successfully integrating acquired entities within KPIT.
Sachin dedicates significant time to emerging markets, with a particular focus on China. His professional interests centre around strategy and growth, aligning with his commitment to driving KPIT’s sustainability vision. Collaborating with the world’s vehicle manufacturers, Sachin’s mission is to contribute in making the world a safer, cleaner, and smarter world.
Sachin pursued his master’s in Strategic Management and International Finance at Temple University. As an ardent food lover, he dubs himself as Anthony Bourdain 2.0! He is a member of the World Wildlife Federation and pursues his fascination for wildlife and nature through traveling. Prior to joining KPIT, he made significant contributions to the Strategic Positioning Group.
Chinmay Pandit

Mr. Chinmay Pandit, is Board Member and President, Americas. He is the Head of Geography (Americas) as well as the Head of Commercial Vehicle vertical. As the Geography head, he is responsible for the overall strategy and growth plan of the company in the geography. This includes executive connect with key clients’ leadership, business development, operations in the geography, people development and the branding and positioning of the organization as a key technology expert. Mr. Chinmay is also responsible for the profitability of the geography. In his additional role as the Vertical Head, he is responsible for driving growth as well as the company’s investments for the Commercial Vehicles vertical. He is also responsible for all client engagements in the Commercial Vehicles Vertical across the globe. He has been with the Company for last 15 years.
Before heading Americas Geography, Mr. Chinmay Pandit led the Vehicle Engineering& Design practice/business line of the Company. The Vehicle Engineering & Design practice in KPIT offers newage mechanical engineering services of design and simulation enhanced by technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, digital twins and augmented/ virtual reality. Vehicle Engineering & Design also bring in KPIT’s cross-practice expertise of software and feature development to offer mechanical and software integrated systems for the autonomous driving, infotainment and electric & conventional powertrain domains to global clients across the passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle and new mobility segment. Balancing profitability with long-term sustainability continues has been his choice of focus, for this practice/business line. The vehicle engineering & Design practice line has held the position of consistently the most profitable business line under his leadership. He also led commercial business for the company which has grown consistently higher than passenger cars in last few years.
Previously, Mr. Chinmay Pandit has worked with KPMG and Infosys. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also done his MBA from world renowned J. L. Kellogg School of Business at the Northwestern University, USA and has been awarded ‘Most Trustworthy Negotiator’. He possesses rich experience of 20 years.
Starting his career as a Chartered Accountant in enterprise technologies, he brings a blended background in finance, technology and general management. His cross geography and multidomain experience help KPIT to accelerate strategic advancement for clients within the vertical and the geography and further foster transformational growth.
Anup Sable
Chief Technology Officer and Board Member
Anup is the Chief Technology Officer and Board Member of KPIT.
In his current responsibilities, he manages the CTO function and steers the technology direction of the company and is currently also the board member for Path Partner India.
He is also responsible for incubating the Middleware and Virtualization Practices which will be a major growth drivers in future and will enhance our recognition as a trusted software and integration partner to the Automotive & Mobility industry.
Anup has been with KPIT since 1994 and has led global teams at KPIT which include Electrification of Vehicles, Digital Cockpit, Autonomous Driving, AUTOSAR and Diagnostics. He was instrumental in starting the automotive business unit and developing the Cummins relationship for engineering services. A co-inventor of 4 patents in the areas of electric vehicle technology and automotive safety, he continues to remain involved in his passion for technologies hands on.
Anup began his career at the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) as a research assistant in the Powertrain domain. In the past, he has held a position on the Board of Directors of GENIVI®️ Alliance, contributing towards driving open innovation and collaboration in the automotive industry. He was also a member of the NASSCOM®️ engineering council, where he supported the council’s vision of making more and more companies in India achieve the ‘Engineered in India’ dream. He has additionally carried out board responsibilities for KPIT GmbH Germany.
Anant Talaulicar
Independent Director & Chairman- Nomination & Remuneration Committee, CSR Committee
Mr. Anant Talaulicar holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University, a master’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a MBA degree from Tulane University, USA. He was the Chairman and Managing Director of the Cummins Group in India from March 2004 through October 2017, was a member of the Cummins Inc. global leadership team from August 2009 till October 2017 and the President of the Cummins Inc. Components Group from 2010 through 2014. He has also served as the Managing Director of Tata Cummins Private Limited, a 50:50 joint venture between Cummins Inc. and Tata Motors Limited. He has chaired the boards of four other Cummins legal entities in India as well.
He worked as a financial analyst, manufacturing engineer, project manager, product manager, strategy manager before taking various general management positions. Since 2004, he has also led the Cummins India Foundation which has implemented sustainable community initiatives such as model villages and higher education. He has served as a member of the Confederation of Indian Industries, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers and Automobile Components Manufacturers Association in the past.
Mr. Talaulicar is now on the board of seven companies in India, teaches on the subject of leadership part time at the S P Jain Institute of Management & Research and sponsors the Usha Jaivant Foundation that funds financially disadvantaged rural students through college along with providing them with life effectiveness skills.
B V R Subbu

Mr. B V R Subbu is an automotive industry expert and a widely-acknowledged thought leader. He holds a post-graduate degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a post-graduate diploma from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He was formerly the President of Hyundai Motors India. In his early career he was extensively involved with Tata Motors holding various responsibilities in Tata Motors’ Commercial Vehicles and Multi Utility Vehicles businesses.
Prof. Alberto Vincentelli

Prof. Alberto Sangiovanni Vincentelli is the Buttner Chair at the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences, University of California, Berkeley. He is a Co-founder of Cadence and Synopsys, the two leading companies in the area of Electronic Design Automation. Prof. Alberto is a member of the Board of Directors of Cadence. He was a member of the HP Strategic Technology Advisory Board, of the ST Microelectronics Advisory Board and of the Science and Technology Advisory Board of General Motors as well as a member of the Technology Advisory Council of United Technologies Corporation.
He served as the Chairperson of the Strategy Committee of the Italian Strategic Fund, and as the Chairperson of the National Committee of Research Trustees for the Italian Ministry of University, Education and Scientific Research. He is the Chairperson of four High Tech Startup in UK, Netherlands and Italy. He consulted for several companies such as Intel, IBM, ATT, General Electric, BMW, Mercedes, Magneti Marelli, GM, Fujitsu, Kawasaki Steel, Pirelli and Telecom Italia.
Bhavna Doshi

Bhavna Doshi, a founding partner of Bhavna Doshi Associates LLP, a boutique tax, accounting and regulatory advisory firm, is former partner of KPMG member firm in India. With specialization in the fields of taxation and corporate restructuring, she has been providing advisory services to national and multi-national entities for over 30 years. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds Master’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai.
She serves as independent director on Boards of several listed companies.
She was elected to the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for four terms of three years each. ICAI is body established for development and regulation of profession of accountancy in India. She has chaired Accounting Standards Board (which sets accounting standards), Research, Vision 2021 and other Committees of ICAI. She was also member of a group supporting Tax Administration Reform Commission chaired by Dr Parthsarathy Shome.
She has served as a member of the Government Accounting Standards Advisory Board set up by the Controller and Auditor General of India. She was a Member of Compliance Advisory Panel of International Federation of Accountants, headquartered in New York.
Bhavna was President of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber and is actively associated with its activities. She, during her Presidentship, established “IMC Inclusive Innovation Awards” to recognize work of the grass root innovators which meet the criteria of “affordable excellence”. She is currently member of CII Corporate Governance Committee and Member of Managing Committee of ASSOCHAM.
She is a Board Member of ICAI Accounting Research Foundation and also of Atal Innovation Centre, NMIMS. She serves as member of Board of Studies of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (Autonomous).
She is a regular faculty at programs organized by professional institutes and business chambers, contributes articles and also delivers lectures abroad.

Prof. Rajiv Lal
Independent Director
Prof. Rajiv Lal is the Stanley Roth, Sr. Professor of Retailing at Harvard Business School. He is currently teaching the core Marketing course in the MBA program. Prior to this assignment, he developed and taught an elective MBA course on the Business of Smart Connected Products/IOT. He has been responsible for the retailing curriculum and has served as the course head for Marketing, required study in the first year of the MBA program. Prof. Lal also teaches in several Executive Education programs, has previously served as the Faculty Chair for the General Management Program, and the program on Building and Leading a Customer Centric Organization.
Prof. Lal was a Professor at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University beginning in 1982. He was the Thomas Henry Carroll Ford Foundation Visiting Professor at Harvard Business School from 1997-98. He was the Visiting Professor of Marketing at INSEAD, France in 1986, 1988, 1992, and 1993. He did his undergraduate work in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur, India and received his Ph.D. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University.
Prof. Lal’s current research concerns the opportunities and challenges in building a Business around Smart Connected products/IOT. Working with a large number of companies, his work explores why IOT remains an unfulfilled promise and attributes most of the reasons to the unique difficulties in adoption and monetization of businesses where data is the key ingredient.
His book “Retail Revolution: Will Your Store Survive” is based on many years of extensive field research focusing on the viability of brick and mortar stores facing the onslaught of on-line competition. His past work has explored successful retail strategies for global expansion and has written extensively on the impact of using the Internet as a channel of distribution on a retailer’s pricing, merchandising, and branding strategy. His earlier work in retailing studies the impact of competition between different retail formats, such as EDLP and Hi-Lo grocers. He has also studied the consequences of grocery retailers’ increasing use of store brands on store loyalty and its implications for packaged goods manufacturers. In addition, he has studied how to build and sustain customer-centric retail organizations.
Prof. Lal’s earlier research focused on pricing, trade promotions, and salesforce compensation plans. The work on salesforce compensation plans originated with his dissertation research, which won the award for the best paper published in Marketing Science and Management Science in 1985. A subsequent article, also developed from his thesis, received an honorable mention for the same award in 1986. He has also studied compensation plans used by German salesforces.
His work in the area of pricing and promotions has been equally well recognized. Two of his articles were among the finalists for the John D. C. Little award for the best paper published in Management Science and Marketing Science in 1990. One of these articles, co-authored with Jagmohan Raju and V. Srinivasan on the impact of brand loyalty on price promotions, has been awarded the Frank Bass award for the best dissertation paper.
Prof. Lal’s published work includes Retail Revolution: Will Your Brick-and-Mortar Store Survive?, “Retail Doesn’t Cross Borders: Here’s Why and What to do About it” in Harvard Business Review, “Retailing Revolution: Category Killers on the Brink” in HBS Working Knowledge, and Marketing Management: Text and Cases. He has published more than twenty-five articles in academic journals and more than 80 cases and other teaching materials. He has applied his academic frameworks and industry knowledge in much of his research and many of his consulting projects.
Prof. Lal has worked on a variety of such projects with a wide range of companies, including Citigroup, Citizens Bank, American Family Insurance, Philips, GE, PTC, John Deere, Standard Life Plc, Credit Suisse, Stop & Shop, Ito-Yokado, Best Buy, Stride Rite Corporation, Oliver Wyman and Company, Fleming Companies, Nordstrom, Microsoft, Kellogg, Sara Lee D/E, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Callaway Golf Company, Staples, and other well-known companies on strategy development and execution.
Mr. Srinath Batni

Mr. Srinath Batni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He started his career with BHEL, a heavy engineering manufacturing Company, in the field of Design and R&D as an engineer trainee.
During the early eighties, with the advent of mainframe computers in business enterprises, he shifted focus to business systems domain. During this period, he was the member of the team responsible for designing and implementing enterprise wise material planning system using network database on ICL mainframe.
Mr. Batni took up the responsibility of Head of technical support for marketing the Bull main frames at PSI Data Systems Ltd when banks started automating the processes. His responsibility included technical bidding / sales, benchmarking and training the clients on systems implementation. After a brief period of two years, he joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Project Manager in its nascent stage. He held various positions and responsible for project management, managing the growth and preparing for scaling up through various initiatives. He was formally inducted to the board as an executive member of the board in the year 2000. He served as Head of Global Delivery- IT & Quality until retirement in the year 2014. He was also responsible for starting Infosys operation in China and Australia. During this period, he also served as the member of the executive committee of NASSCOM – the software industry body, Trustee of the Infosys Foundation, Board member of Infosys China & Australia.

Dr. Bob Joyce
Dr. Bob Joyce has been with a range of precision product engineering companies, predominately in the powertrain and automotive sectors. In the last 15 years he was on the Executive Board of Jaguar Land Rover as Engineering / Product Director, and in his last three years as Chief Operating Officer covering all elements of the New Product Development process. During his career, he launched great new products and plants around the globe, and sustained profitable year on year growth after a successful turnaround from the 2008/9 global recession.
Retiring from his executive career after almost forty years, he wanted to pursue a more balanced work-life experience, and he has now successfully completed four years of portfolio management. He currently chairs two technology companies and is a Non Executive Director of three companies (manufacturing, engineering construction and lifestyle). Bob is also a Senior Advisor for a range of software, simulation and technology companies.
Elmar Frickenstein
Elmar Frickenstein, was Senior Vice President for Fully Automated Driving and Driver Assistance at BMW Group. This area was part of the realignment of the corporate strategy of BMW and combines research as well as advanced and series development for one of the central issues of the future – the “Fully Automated Driving”.
Elmar Frickenstein began his career in the computer and aerospace industries and joined the BMW Group in 1988. After taking on a variety of management positions at BMW, he was appointed Senior Vice President in 2006 and was responsible for the division Electrics, Electronics and Driver Environment for a total of 10 years.
Under his leadership AUTOSAR, Ethernet as well as the first apps in the vehicle in 2009 became industry standards. In the area of display control concepts and networking, he and his team lead BMW to the benchmark in the automotive industry. Connected Drive has been expanded to 100 % networking of all BMWs and the vehicles of BMW became part of the “Internet of Things”.
Elmar Frickenstein is one of the pioneers of digitalization in the car. Since beginning his tenure at BMW, he pursues the vision of seamlessly networked and safe vehicles that can run fully automated in the future.
Dr. Masaru Igarashi
Dr. Masaru Igarashi graduated from The Graduate School, University Utah and earned a Ph. D in Mechanical Engineering. He was appointed a Visiting Assistant Professor; and later joined Suzuki Motor Corporation. He worked as Director in the field of joint development vehicle technology for General Motors Inc. (U.S.A). Then he was appointed Operating Executive Director of the Board at Asanuma Giken Col, Ltd., and currently, he is a Advisor of Board for KPIT Technologies.
Nancy Gioia
Nancy Gioia is an experienced Executive and Independent Board member with strong Strategy & Planning, Product Development, Technology and Manufacturing background. Nancy has demonstrated over 30 years of success in profitable business growth, product strategy, new technology development, people development and global operations experience. Nancy Gioia presently serves on the advisory board of KPIT Technologies and also serves on boards of Brady Corporation(BRC), and Meggitt PLC(MGTT.L). In addition, she also serves on the University of Michigan – Dearborn Engineering Dean’s Advisory Board and is the Principal of Gioia Consulting Services, LLC. Past board service includes Exelon Corporation (EXC), Inforum (non-profit), the State of Michigan, Governor’s Talent Investment Board, the Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA), Auto Alliance (Ford/Mazda JV) and Stanford University Alliance for Integrated Manufacturing.
Nancy retired from Ford Motor Company October 2014 after more than 33 years of service including holding several key Executive positions within Product Development, Manufacturing and Strategy and Planning. In her last role at Ford, Gioia led Global Connectivity, Electrical and User Experience Strategy and Planning. Appointed to this new position September 2013, Gioia directed global strategy and planning for all aspects of the connected vehicle. Prior to this role, Gioia was Director of Global Electrification, leading all aspects of Ford’s $4B+ electrified vehicle portfolio. Gioia joined Ford in 1982 and during her career has been a part of over 25 vehicle launches.
Gioia received her bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and her master of sciences in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University. In 2001, she received the All Star Award from Automotive News, in 2005 and 2010 she was named as one of the Automotive News “100 Leading Women in the Auto Industry”, in 2011 and 2012 she was recipient of the Automotive News “Electrifying 100” awards, and in 2014 she was named as one of the Connected World Magazine “Women of M2M.” In 2018, she achieved the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University and is a NACD fellow.

Previously, Mr. Chinmay Pandit has worked with KPMG and Infosys. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also done his MBA from world renowned J. L. Kellogg School of Business at the Northwestern University, USA and has been awarded ‘Most Trustworthy Negotiator’. He possesses rich experience of 20 years.
Starting his career as a Chartered Accountant in enterprise technologies, he brings a blended background in finance, technology and general management. His cross geography and multidomain experience help KPIT to accelerate strategic advancement for clients within the vertical and the geography and further foster transformational growth.

Pankaj Sathe
Pankaj Sathe is currently a President- Strategy and Growth Office, Member of Executive Board. In this role he is responsible for executive connect with key customers, sales, onsite operations, people development and the branding and positioning of the organization as a key technology expert within KPIT’s focused industry verticals. His key impact areas include staging and winning large deals that are strategic in nature, managing alliances and partners, and integrating acquisitions.
Pankaj has over 25 years of in-depth experience in establishing sales, marketing and operations in new geographies, integrating acquired companies, partnering with customers and developing value-generating propositions for them. He has participated in the growth of the company globally and been instrumental in KPIT’s growth in Europe, where he successfully established local presence and expanded business organically as well as inorganically.
In KPIT, the first role that Pankaj focused on was to establish marketing of software services. He initiated the process of marketing planning in the organization, including corporate-level messaging into key customer accounts, branding and industry events. Pankaj led the global sales function of KPIT for several years and also moved onto play other key roles in KPIT over time including leading globally the HR and Operations based out of the India location.
Pankaj is an Electronics & Telecommunications engineer from the Delhi College of Engineering, India and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from IIM, Lucknow, India. Pankaj began his career in sales and marketing in 1991 with the Godrej Group, India as Product Manager for new business areas and was responsible for their successful diversification into medical diagnostics. He later worked with companies like HCL and Ranbaxy in the areas of electronic CAD design, commercial, sales, marketing, product management and business management. He has been a member of the IEEE and supports the IIM Alumni Association, Europe. A people person, Pankaj has keen interest in understanding individuals and has mastered the art of personalizing experiences. When not at work, Pankaj enjoys studying war history, analyzing industry shifts and traveling.
Rohan Sohoni
Fluent in Japanese and having been in the region for over two decades, Rohan has been instrumental in establishing our presence in Asia across JKC (Japan, Korea and China) and SEANZ (South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand) since 2005. With sharp focus, strong positioning, and meticulous planning, he has built a highly profitable Asia business with a coveted list of strategic client relationships for KPIT. He has also taken the Cross-Geo collaboration to the next level, creating a truly global Account Management model. Managing Executive relationships and conceptualizing large, complex global deals has always been one of his strong attributes. Always keen to share knowledge, he has been a great coach and a role model for many.
Rohan comes with an engineering degree in Computers. His executive education includes leadership excellence programs such as the GRLP (Global Resilient Leadership Program) conducted by the Nissan Foundation with Waseda & Wharton Business school as well as the KPIT “Elevate” at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, USA.
In his private time, Rohan likes to enjoy a round of Golf whenever possible, try out new cuisines and spend quality time with family. He lives in Tokyo with his wife Pratiksha and son Rituraj.
Tony Gu
Tony Gu is Associate Vice President of KPIT and Operations Director of KPIT China, He has been with KPIT for over 8+ years, since the inception of KPIT China office.
Tony GU has lead and guided China market in different areas, covering Automobile, SAP and Oracle services and deliveries at the early years, and now taking on additional responsibilities in business development in China market from April 2020.
His skills include years of working experience in IT industry, extensive international working experience. In his previous career, he served international companies like IBM, Mitsubishi, NEC etc. He has a profound IT knowledge, project management, people management and finance management experience.
He attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University for Master and Bachelor of Science.
In his private time, He loves swimming, table tennis and golf whenever possible. He also loves music and movies. He currently lives in Shanghai, China with his wife and son.
Rajesh Janwadkar
Rajesh Janwadkar is President (Global Head, Delivery and Operation) and is responsible for Business Growth, Key Practices Leadership and Global Delivery.
Rajesh has served as a core member of the KPIT team and contributed to both the development and execution of the Automotive Business strategy. This includes a unique approach to building Practices where Rajesh was instrumental in the aggressive growth of the Automotive Product Engineering business. With over 24 years of experience at KPIT, Rajesh has played various leadership roles, including Head of Marketing & Strategy for the Automotive Business, Business Leader for Powertrain Practice, and Head of Delivery & Practices for Automotive Product Engineering.
Prior to joining KPIT Rajesh was leading the Product Business and Sales at other IT organizations. He is an alumni of Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India.
Pushpahas Joshi
Pushpahas is the business leader for New Mobility as an industry vertical and Connected Products & Solutions as a business unit.
He has been working with KPIT since last 16 years across various corporate functions like Strategy, Marketing, Acquisitions & Divestitures as well business leadership roles in Infotainment, Digital Connected Solutions, Vehicle Diagnostics & Telematics and in markets like China and Germany.

Anup Sable
Anup is the Chief Technology Officer and Board Member of KPIT.
In his current responsibilities, he manages the CTO function and steers the technology direction of the company and is currently also the board member for Path Partner India.
He is also responsible for incubating the Middleware and Virtualization Practices which will be a major growth drivers in future and will enhance our recognition as a trusted software and integration partner to the Automotive & Mobility industry.
Anup has been with KPIT since 1994 and has led global teams at KPIT which include Electrification of Vehicles, Digital Cockpit, Autonomous Driving, AUTOSAR and Diagnostics. He was instrumental in starting the automotive business unit and developing the Cummins relationship for engineering services. A co-inventor of 4 patents in the areas of electric vehicle technology and automotive safety, he continues to remain involved in his passion for technologies hands on.
Anup began his career at the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) as a research assistant in the Powertrain domain. In the past, he has held a position on the Board of Directors of GENIVI®️ Alliance, contributing towards driving open innovation and collaboration in the automotive industry. He was also a member of the NASSCOM®️ engineering council, where he supported the council’s vision of making more and more companies in India achieve the ‘Engineered in India’ dream. He has additionally carried out board responsibilities for KPIT GmbH Germany.
Priya Hardikar
Priyamvada Hardikar (Priya) is the Chief Financial Officer at KPIT.
Priya completed graduation in Commerce from Pune University as rank holder and qualified as Cost Accountant with very high rank at all India level.
She has been with us in leadership position in Corporate Accounting and Finance (CF&G) for more than 12 years. A highly result oriented and energetic leader with proven capability, she has played an instrumental role in setting up the best practices in the CF&G function as well in compliances.
She was also awarded as the “The Best Woman in Finance” at the CFO Executive Leadership Summit 2018.
She has participated in leadership excellence workshop and “Elevate” Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, USA.
In her private time, she likes to cook and watch movies in leisure time. She lives in Pune with her husband Manoj Hardikar and son Tarang Hardikar.
Rajesh Singh
Rajesh has explored a variety of roles in a professional life of more than 20 years spanning Public sector, Government, Private Sector and Startup. He began his career with State Bank of India as Probationary officer and then moved to Government of India through Civil Services in 2001. During 7-year stint in Government, he also completed Post Graduation from National University of Singapore on Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship. After resigning from Government service, Rajesh completed Masters in Business Administration from IIM Calcutta. He has worked in renowned organizations such as Infosys, Novartis and Alkem in leadership roles. He had a brief entrepreneurial stint as Cofounder of OLITO before joining KPIT. Along with KPIT HR team, he has won award from World HRD Congress for transformative impact on retention.
Rajesh has a wide range of interests such as travelling, cooking, watching movies, debates, standup comedy, blogging and investing. He is also passionate about contributing to community through mentoring and effective use of Right to Information. In his leisure time, he also enjoys taking a nap. He lives in Pune with his wife Riddhi and son Shreyash who is passionate about coding.
Mohit Kochar
Mohit heads Global Marketing, Branding, Corporate Communications, and Presales at KPIT.
In this global capacity, he is instrumental in contributing to the company’s growth strategy, elevating brand equity, and ensuring customer value delivery at all brand touchpoints in alignment with overarching business objectives.
He looks into strategic planning, foresight, brand management, driving growth and is responsible for customer acquisition and retention initiatives. His purview extends to engaging with various global senior stakeholders within the Automotive and Mobility ecosystem. This involves collaboration with global Car makers, Government representatives, and International Regulatory and Technical standardization bodies.
A holder of a master’s in business administration and an engineering graduate, Mohit brings over 23 years of diverse experience in Automotive, Engineering, and Information Technology industries. Throughout his career, he has excelled in key functions such as Strategy, Product Development and Management, Marketing, Branding and Corporate Communication, Business Development, and Corporate Affairs. His extensive background includes roles at renowned companies like Bosch, Wipro, TCS, and Legrand.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Mohit’s areas of interest lie in exploring how technology can address global challenges, particularly in the realm of cleaner, smarter, and safer transportation.
