Automotive Software complexity is not just increasing with applications such as electrification, high-end connected systems & autonomous driving but there is also a need for continuous updates once the vehicle goes on the road. With the need to be ‘on the go’, it is extremely essential for a seamless over the air software update which is also secure.

KPIT’s Dual Banking Solution provides a sophisticated development environment for over the air updates. The dual bank concept divides the memory into equal partition in an ECU and downloads the application SW into either of the memory bank using bootloader.
