KPITians gathered in small groups to celebrate among their peers across the seasons from December 2020 – March 2021.
Not every KPITian was lucky!!! But for those who were, took away gifts ranging from bag & bottle to even winning gold or a smart TV. The lucky ones got gifts like Gold, Smart TV, Air purifier, Vacuum Cleaner, Toaster, Air Fryer, Microwave, BBQ Hot Pot, Bluetooth Speaker, Watch, a Wireless charger, Gift voucher or Bag & Bottle.
KPITians at our Thailand office met for a small get-together party where they interacted face to face with each other after a long time. They had a lunch party and celebrated the birthdays of all those born in months January to April.
Upskilling ourselves is a key trait at KPIT. We had several KPITians undergo trainings in several topics. One among them was an English course. In addition, we see images of KPITians undergoing post-assessments to validate their skills.
KPITians were pleasantly surprised by the cakes and congratulatory notes delivered to their homes. A small surprise was delivered to KPITians in Thailand who were promoted in this cycle as a small gesture to their great performance.
