Hi! I’m Maximilian, technical engineer working with pre-integration test benches for a leading global automotive company.

My tasks at KPIT are very demanding and exciting because no day is like the other. The great thing about working in development is that the technology is constantly evolving and you are a part of it.

Above all, I like the fact that I can freely develop devices for automating test benches together with my colleagues, and that they can then be used afterwards.

I discovered my interest in mobility early on and therefore completed an apprenticeship as a vehicle mechatronics technician at the age of 16.

I later became a state-certified technician specializing in vehicle technology and electromobility and have been a technician at KPIT ever since.

In my role I develop software for leading OEMs. This gives me the opportunity to test real cars and see how things work.

Hi, I’m Felix. I have been employed as a working student at KPIT for a year to work in the areas of compliance, finance and occupational safety & to support health protection.

The area in which I work is very extensive and offers varied tasks, which is why I am regularly faced with new challenges and never become monotonous.

Furthermore, I have the opportunity to propose improvements for processes and systems, and then to actively participate in the implementation.

I particularly like that my colleagues are open and friendly. This keeps work pleasant even in stressful situations.

Running different projects for different companies is a great way to gain in-depth knowledge – be it related to domains, tools or processes.

Hello, I’m Zoltan and my role at KPIT is technical and test automation. I’ve also recently become a Project Test Lead and have a team, which is a new and unique opportunity for me.

I am particularly enthusiastic about my role here at KPIT because I have the opportunity to work with the latest technology from the automotive sector.

KPIT is in a unique position within the automotive software industry in which we aim to lead Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiatives and next-generation technologies for OEMs/Tier1s. Being part of such a company comes with a great deal of responsibility and focus. I have always been fascinated by customer contact, and the direct sales and account management for a customer that is important to KPIT motivates me even more.

Helping the OEM to accelerate the transformation towards SDVs is my main focus from now on. Furthermore, I take care of winning more orders and supporting our delivery teams. Contributing to a great and successful journey for OEMs and KPIT is what motivates me.

My journey with KPIT started in October 2021. Before that I had worked for more than 16 years in other companies, mainly German and North American based Tier 1 automotive companies. Working in an engineering software services industry was and is completely different. Agility, responsiveness and foresight are required to anticipate what the customer might need next from a technical and commercial point of view. I like working in such an environment and it’s a constant learning and journey where you only get better with time. Of course, this is only possible if you have a great team where everyone is working towards the same goals of the customer and thus of the company.

The next 5-10 years will be very exciting for all of us due to advancements in mobility. The mobility industry is at a stage where multiple technologies from different industries such as entertainment, connectivity, autonomous and digital IT converge. The exciting thing for me personally is that through my daily work I have the opportunity to positively influence the presence of KPIT and the market share among our top customers.
