In 2019, we became a member of CharIN E.V. to contribute to the efforts in standardizing and adopting CCS as a global standard.
One of the most significant milestones we hit this year was our company becoming a publicly listed company. On 22 April 2019, KPIT announced listing of its new stock on NSE and BSE. This was followed by KPIT’s merger and demerger transaction with Birlasoft.
KPIT got listed with the opening bell ringing ceremony at NSE, presided over by Mr. Ravi Pandit, Chairman, KPIT and Mr. Kishor Patil, CEO & MD, KPIT and executive leadership from KPIT.
