About the Session:
By 2020, India is expected to become the world’s largest producer of cars. The automobile industry is poised to grow over four times to INR 20 lakh crore in the next 10 years. On the contrary India loses $9 Billion annually due to high traffic congestions. India sees Accident Victim Survival Rate of only 6% – 10% as compared to world’s Highest Survival Rate of 45%. There is an inevitable need for integrated mobility solutions with both traditional and non traditional players joining hands to make automobiles more intelligent, safer and convenient. The session would cover in detail on how emerging technologies are shaping up the smart mobility space.
